The Sutton Family Foundation believes every child should have the educational resources needed to become successful students. We encourage you to partner with us to help make a meaningful difference in the lives of students throughout Broward County.
Programs
In His Shoes
"In His Shoes" was Launched by Chelle' Westbrook in 2009 to provide underprivileged students with new shoes for school. We believe that providing new shoes to students boost their confidence and academic performance. When students are fully engaged in an educational setting and not concerned about their appearance they are more willing to collaborate with peers, develop social techniques and improve learning skills.

The Proverbs 3:27 Project
"Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, When it is in your power to do it." - Proverbs 3:27
"The Proverbs 3:27 Project" was born out of the idea that every student should have access to the basic, academic tools of success. Any student attending school in Broward County is eligible to receive free school supplies, toiletries and clothes throughout the school year. At the Sutton Family Foundation we believe that academic success begins before a student enters the classroom. Students with educational resources are more likely to perform well in an educational setting than those students without adequate supplies.
